YVI – control (CD)

YVI is the name of the solo project of Diederick Brandsma. His melancholy and narrative songs provide comfort even if you may not have been looking for it. The inspiring alternative folk and indie rock is not out of place in the list of Damien Rice, Glen Hansard and Bon Iver. On the five-track EP “control”, YVI describes the struggles that occur in the pursuit of perfectionism.
